Worst Shop ever in karunagappally. I am also from karunagappally. Ente veedu ayanivelikulangara aanu. I have many bad experience from this shop. 1.Once during a luch time I entered this bloody shop and ordered for meals, after one and half hour the staff supplied me meals with dead Housefly and when I cancelled the order and showed him the reason the supplier was very rude. Their parcels are more worse,If we are too hungry and If we are on an urgent they provide the parcel after 2hours. I am not boosting this yes, They actually delivered me 5 porotta and beef fry exactly after 2 hours. When I asked why this much time, they told me to have some "patience". So how much time does it take to make 5 porotta and beef fry? They only have this name...they dont have old traditions..no varietu foods...The old vintage "Putt and Mutton" is extinct. They are too arrogant dont care much about the customer satisfaction..all they care about is money. Dont go to this shop. ഇമ്മാതിരി ഊമ്പിയ...

Ordered food through swiggy. Chicken Biryani, Chapati, Kerala parota and 2 plate paneer butter masala.

I wish i would had read the reviews first but because in swiggy online restaurants are less that's a reason ordered as i was looking sply to order paneer butter masala. Unfortunately taste and quantity wise both 1/5 i would rate. Price also too much for panner butter masala and when u pay high and see less quantity then nothing much to say and above that taste was below the expectations.

Chicken biryani the way they packed I don't know how to explain. Again quantity of rice was less. Taste average 1/5

Chapati oh god 10 rs for chapati and then chapati is not cooked well again nothing much to say. Wasted my money. Over all i would not like to give even a 1 rating out of 5. Very bad experience. Added few pictures of paneer butter masala...

Worst ambience, worst service, below average food, over priced and shabby.

It was in between a journey from ekm to tvm that we had food from here. We 1st ordered puttu chickpea curry, chapatti egg roast and chicken curry. The chickpea curry was over salty and and over spicy. The only good thing in egg roast was the boiled egg, the gravy was too watery. It could be called egg chilly water than roast. The chicken in the curry was from ages. It was evident that it was a fry from previous day or week. The puttu was soft and chapatti was just good.

The staffs were rude and nothing bothered them. They were not ready to hear what we say.

The total area was shabby and dusty. (May be coz I was in Non AC). Also the hotel was filled with some old electronic gadgets.

Never ever would I suggest or attempt to go here even if...
