Quilon Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

I visited around 4:30 pm, and apart from me, there were only two other customers. As soon as I entered the dining section, the waiter quickly took my order and delivered the food within 10–15 minutes. However, after that, no one came back to check if I needed anything — all the staff were outside the dining area.

I ordered the normal Al Faham with lemon juice. The Al Faham was good and came with salad, mayonnaise, green chutney, and rumali roti. The rumali roti was too hard, and the mayonnaise had a sour taste. The lemon juice also had no sugar.

Overall, the food was just okay, but the restaurant definitely needs to improve...

Quilon Cafe, Maramon, Kozhencherry is a very good restaurant. We had breakfast here – Masala Dosa (₹80), Ghee Roast (₹70), and Coffee (₹18). All items were tasty and reasonably priced, even better value than many pure vegetarian hotels. Non-vegetarian food is also available. Worst restaurant, service is poor, even food quality is bad, I ordered fresh lime and it took more than 30mins and it was made with hot warm water. But still I paid tfull amount, I told on the counter, but still he didn't answer anything. Only the atmosphere is good. Rest the staff behavior is bad. Im a person working for 30 yrs in star hotels and restaurants. improve from the management side first, otherwise ur business...
