As a Bangalore Mallu studying BTech, whenever I’m in Kerala, one of my go-to spots for a delicious meal is this fantastic restaurant, located just about 8 km from my home. It’s a place I always look forward to visiting, offering a perfect combination of tasty food and stylish modern interiors that enhance the overall dining experience. The restaurant’s ambiance is truly noteworthy. The interiors are sleek and contemporary, with a clean, stylish design that makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Whether you're coming in for a casual meal or a more relaxed dining experience, the modern decor sets the right mood for both. As for the food, it never disappoints. The meals are consistently tasty, with flavors that hit the mark every time. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients, and it’s evident in the way each bite feels rich and satisfying. The menu offers a variety of options, but I particularly enjoy their traditional Kerala meals, which are always authentic and full of flavor. The food is served in generous portions, ensuring that you're well-fed after a visit. What makes this restaurant even more special is its convenient location. Since it’s only a short distance from my home, it’s become a regular stop whenever I’m in Kerala. The combination of great food, modern interiors, and easy access makes it a must-visit spot for anyone in the This restaurant is a hidden gem, offering delicious meals in a stylish setting. If you’re in the vicinity and craving a great meal, it’s definitely worth a visit.

We drop by the restaurant, on seeing it's outward appearance. First of all, we ordered 2 Chicken dum biriyani n 2 lemonade, and we also paid them the amount. They instructed us that they don't let people dine inside, instead there is space outside. After getting our hands washed, they told us that Chicken biriyani is out, so we ordered beef biriyani also paid them the additional amount. We waited there so long and finally the lemonade came first followed by biriyani! The food was bought to us in a plastic container, like the one in which we get the food parcelled. To our surprise, there were no plates. Coming to the food, it was awkward that they served payasam n cut-mango pickle. We donno if they accidentally placed it or not. Cz, that was a new experience for us, to be served payasam n cut - mango pickle with the Beef Biriyani. And, the beef pieces were that of big paneer sized ( even bigger). It seems that they didn't cook beef biriyani, instead they in a hurry burry cooked some beef n added it to the already prepared biriyani rice. And the surrounding, OMG.. it was too filthy.. It can be due to Covid, but there are enough restaurants in Kerala where every protocols are well maintained n are allowed to dine inside the restaurant. So sad for this.. 😑😑😑😑😑

OVERPRICED AND VERY LESS QUANTITY. Today, I did the misadventure of getting a parcel from there. It's enough to say that I got embarrassed when my mother opened the parcel at home. I ordered 3 porottas and one beef roast. However, what I got was 3 porottas and an onion-tomato roast! Actually, we initially thought that they got it wrong and gave us the wrong order by mistake. But when my mom started having food, she was amazed to see 2 pieces of beef at the bottom of the container!! And you know what's the highlight? Yes, you guessed it right, the PRICE!! 190 freaking rupees for the onion/tomato roast masquerading as a beef roast? That's criminally overpriced and just short of looting IMO. I won't even look towards this pathetic place from now onwards while passing through. I am afraid they will charge me for seeing their restaurant and "enjoying" the bill board!!

Quillon Restaurant has been a go-to for my taste buds, offering a delicious array of dishes. The Chicken Tikka Masala is a standout, featuring succulent pieces of chicken in a rich, aromatic curry that never disappoints.

The Mushroom Masala and Chilli Chicken are equally delightful, showcasing a perfect fusion of spices. The Chilli Gobi adds a tasty vegetarian option to the mix. Each dish bursts with bold flavors that leave you craving more.

While my overall experience has been fantastic, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback. The Biriyani, though good, could benefit from a bit more consistency in spice levels. Occasionally, it's milder than expected. Similarly, the Alfaham could be enhanced with a touch more tenderness.

Despite these minor points, Quillon's commitment to quality ingredients and consistently delicious dishes make it a top choice for my regular orders. The Chicken Tikka Masala alone keeps me coming back for more! Highly recommended, with the hope for continued...
