I am utterly disappointed and frankly, quite insulted by my experience at [Hotel Name]. We were looking forward to a wonderful meal, specifically the traditional Sadya, which is meant to be a feast of abundance and hospitality. What we received was a complete and utter sham. The primary issue was the blatant and shameless cost-cutting. Anyone who knows what a Sadya is understands that rice is the foundation of the meal, served generously. Here, they served us the most minuscule, pathetic portions of rice. To make matters even more insulting, they completely failed to provide integral parts of the meal. There was no rasam and they didn't even give us a banana at the end. It was an incomplete, hollow imitation of a real Sadya. It was painfully obvious that this was a deliberate tactic for profit maximization. To skimp on rice and completely omit essential items like rasam is an absolute disgrace and an insult to the culture it represents. They have taken a meal that symbolizes generosity and turned it into a stingy, incomplete transaction. This attitude of indifference and penny-pinching extended to the general service as well. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. We felt less like valued guests and more like an inconvenience. Do not be fooled. This establishment does not care about guest experience or authentic hospitality. We left hungry, frustrated, and feeling completely cheated. Avoid this place at all costs. ALSO THE FOOS COSTED US Rs.245 in which we could...

Read moreI recently visited Rasa restaurant and overall, it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with natural treesa and plants. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout the meal.
The menu offered a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. We tried Masala dosa and some other dishes and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. My 4 year old really enjoyed it and finished the food all by himself and couldn’t stop raving about it.
The only downside was the slightly slow service during peak hours. However, the overall experience made up for it. And while we are coming back from Munnar again visited here for lunch and that too was good.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and especially with kids as we can bring them there without any hesitation as they can walk around and enjoy their food. And we willdefinitely be...
