After my friend returned from abroad, we decided to meet up after a long time and dine out. After some discussion, we chose to eat at Ruchi Hut and arrived there around 10:25 PM. We planned to order mandhi rice and kanthari alfaham, but the waiter informed us that while the mandhi rice was ready, the alfaham would take 20 minutes to prepare. When we asked if the regular alfaham could be served sooner, he explained that all alfahams would take the same amount of time. So, we placed our order for mandhi rice, kanthari alfaham, and pepper chicken gravy.

After about 30 minutes, the food was served. The rice was okay, but the alfaham was dark and tasted slightly burnt but still edible. However, things took a turn for the worse when we tried the pepper chicken gravy, it had a foul smell and tasted rotten. It was clear they had served us spoiled chicken.

When we complained to the waiter, he claimed he had no control over the kitchen and astonishingly offered not to add the dish to our bill, as though we would pay for inedible food.

When it was time to settle the bill, we expressed our disappointment to the cashier, only for the waiter to return and argue with us, insisting this had never happened before and accusing us of making a scene. We made it clear that we were paying customers and had every right to speak up when the food was bad. As we left, he was still muttering under his breath.

Pls don't ever go to this hotel..We went to this hotel seeing the outside ambience and google reviews.. We reached this hotel at 1.30 pm..First of all they made us sit in a hot air oven kind of AC room.. When enquired they told they have switched on right now so it will take little time to cool.. We ordered few biriyani and rice... The suppliers there doesn't know what they have in their menu... We waited for almost half an hr in that hot air oven and another supplier came and told that they don't have rice..They could have told us prior rather than making us wait for that long... There is no star below one hence...
