Sealand Resort, Puthuppally — Restaurant in Kerala

As frequent visitors to Sealand Restaurant in Puthuppally, we recently had another delightful dining experience worth sharing. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Karimeen Pollichathu, Kappa, Chicken 65, Prawns Fry, and Fish Curry. The restaurant offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or casual outings with friends.Each dish we ordered was prepared with care, offering a delightful blend of flavors. The Karimeen Pollichathu was perfectly cooked, the Kappa complemented the spicy fish curry, the Chicken 65 was crispy and juicy with a perfect blend of spices, and the prawns were fresh and fried to perfection. The fish curry was rich and spicy, pairing excellently with the Kappa and rice.

Sealand Restaurant also boasts breathtaking views, with a three-side lake view that adds tranquility to your dining experience. The hut dining options provide a unique and intimate setting, and you can enjoy picturesque views of the Valiyazheekkal Bridge and the Koottumvathukkal Bridge from the restaurant. While we thoroughly enjoy our frequent visits, we feel that the variety of bread items is somewhat limited. Moreover, many of the available bread items seem to be ready-made rather than freshly prepared. Expanding the bread options and offering more freshly-made choices would certainly enhance the dining experience. Overall, Sealand Restaurant did not disappoint. A good place to hangout with family and friends.The view and light breeze gives an awesome atmosphere.you can enjoy local keral cuisine from the restaurant at a cheap price.i think karimeen pollichathu kallumekkaya are two must try option.when you come here try the kerala special seafood.i dont recommend anything other than that.

The only difficult is that it is in the outskirts of city.people from outside the city may find it difficult to reach here.it is situated at the coastal downside of puthupally.also i recommend people to visit here after sun set down. They provide you food service at hut and that was a whole new experience for me.

The cost of karimeen pollichathu is based on size.for mediun it is around 250.and kalllummekya is around 130.also we tried kerala meals,prawn fry...

It's a perfect place to hangout with friends and family as an escape from this unbearable summer weather... Perfect location and atmosphere 👌 Loved their spot and innovative architectures👍👌 A cool and quiet place to chill out especially for kids...They have space for a mini kids park inside...

I really recommend visiting here at least once especially during the evenings to perfectly enjoy the sunset view 👍👌 The food is also good👍
