Sree Lakshmi Bhavan Vegetarian Restaurant, Muvattupuzha — Restaurant in Kerala

Today, (1 st Feb 24) I visited Sree Lakshmi bhavan at lunch time returning from Munnar to Kochi. When I went to wash hand a small boy about less than 18 years came out from the latrine and went directly outside without washing hands. When I occupied my seat for lunch I saw that the same fellow was serving the customers . I called him and asked why he didn't clean his hands . He lied and said that he had washed, whereas he didn't. When I ordered the food I was asked the choice for Kerala rice or normal rice ? I opted for normal rice. I ordered South Indian thali. After waiting for 25 minutes, I reminded for my order to which I was told that the waiter was serving another table. And the order was repeated again. After 10 minutes when thali came I found Kerala rice. I asked about normal rice to which I was told that it was finished . Then I asked if so why was the order taken ? I called the be spectacled fellow at the counter and narrated the story. He went to the kitchen and did not come back to me and went to the counter At the behest of my friend, the order was repeated for veg biryani. It is surprising that for serving Soth Indian thali, the hotel takes 30 minutes ? It's not that I don't like Kerala rice, My grudge is why the order was taken for normal rice and changed to Kerala rice without asking me. Ultimately I was the person to make the payment ? The fellow didn't come back also to me for giving feedback as if they are serving me free of cost. The Management can see how long I waited on the table if cctv is installed.
