Very Bad food and bad experiance.. Me & wife ordered a masala dosa & a tea.. First of all wash area is not clean very pathetic.. We are waiting for a long.. They forgot their order and asked again.. Then given masala dosa bt forgot the tea, we ddnt get the tea.. Verybad service.. They dont give water to drink its our duty to take water and glass.. Masala dosa is very bad, we will get better than this from thattukada, my wife eat half of it only even she is very hungry.. After that we again faced that dirty wash area.. Finaly while paying the bill a very serious man is sitting in the billing he facing customers with head weight and he dont know the manners to and how to face customer.. I used to pay through Google pay, suddenly he answered with angry tht there is no google pay only cash and card.. I dnt took purse bt wife took some cash in her hand.. Then paid.. I asked to him that, google pay is not accepted all of your saravana branches?? Suddenly he replied that, "i dnt know abt every branches, here not accepted (ഇവിടെ ഇങ്ങനാണ് ഭായ് വേണെങ്കിൽ കഴിച്ചിട്ട് പോണം മിസ്റ്റർ എന്ന് ).. Hi folks I'm Lithin based out in Bangalore, native from Palakkad Kerala. I want to share my experience with all.

Poor standards showcased..!! Today 27/07/2021, morning 8:54am, I went for breakfast at Sri Saravana Bavan, kanjikode, Walayar National Highway road, kanjikode Palakkad Kerala. Breakfast/dining was allowed inside following Covid19 protocols. But I had a Very unpleasant experience today, totally Unhygiene way of service, vessels are not cleaned while serving. I'm totally unhappy. Generally food is very good in all Saravana Bavan highway outlets, but today's breakfast wasn't healthy.

What i have Noticed is uncleaned tea cups served to me with scorch bite steel brushes. Immediately I've given feedback to to person who delivered my ordered food, I asked him to cancel the order, but he refused to cancel the order because they have raised the bill. Later he changed the cup and replaced the tea. Totally ruined the morning mood. I've given my feedback to the reception/billing Cashier, but feedback not received positively. Overall poor ...
