Tharavadu Family Fast Food — Restaurant in Kerala

A very good food street type place where you have multiple options when you dine in such as Mandi/Shawarma/Biriyani where you can choose Tharavad if you’re going with ur family and wanna try a proper Kerala style Biriyani and Beef items that too at a budget friendly price. We went here and ordered Beef Fry/Beef Roast along with Parotta which was very soft and quantity was enormously great for 2-3 people at just ₹170/-. And their Biriyani had lot of chicken pieces compared to other restaurants nearby, priced at ₹170/-. Which is sufficient for 2 people.

Definitely a worthy dine in spot.

Taste was good and simple yet can be improved even though they have justified the taste of Naadan...

This restaurant used to be a favorite stop for me whenever I craved delicious pork dishes while traveling. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. Despite being excited to return after a long absence, the experience was disappointing. The staff's attitude towards us was quite poor – there were no smiles, and they weren't polite. We had to wait for a significant amount of time just to place our order, and then we waited another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Tried chicken biriani (₹170) , beef roast (₹170) and porotta(₹12) from here, CB came with 3 medium sized pieces 1 egg and pappadam but the taste was not to my liking, the pineapple (?) essence overpowers everything else , feels like you are eating a fruit Biriani TBH.

Beef roast however was on point ! coconut bits in it was the highlight. Paired with their freshly made porotta ,the combo was really good.
