Attention: Management, Muffin House, Ambalathara... Worst experience from your staffs as always. It is not like you are the only bakers providing Birthday Cake in the World.... We approach you expecting some sort of quality/support and based on the BRAND Name. But your guys are superb waste and not bothered about the business to the organization. Its ok that you may not encourage Door Delivery of customized cakes, but even we agreed to pay extra taxi/vehicle charges for delivering it to East Fort, Rajadhani..its just 1 KM max..But after discussing all and selecting the theme etc, your guys refused door delivery and wasted our entire time.. Also your guys are not even bothered to collect the customer contact details for checking on possibilities and chef opinion and they are asking us to call them if required... FYI...we are not beggars and you have not opened the shop for charity. Its you who need business to run and earn and we customers have several other options if your guys don't support.. We ordered and got the Bday cake from the top guys "Ambrosia" without any such attitude problems from the staffs.. Your customer service is very very bad and soon the management will face the difficulties.. CUSTOMER Service is key in modern world business, and dont thnik you are the only option people have in Trivandrum.. I suggest other customers to go with "Ambrosia, Bakery Junction" as the first choice and worst case go with other...

The Muffin House has been my favorite place for cakes for quite some time, and honestly, I don’t even think twice when it comes to choosing where to buy from. Every single cake I’ve bought from here has been fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. The flavors are well-balanced, never too heavy, and you can really feel the quality in every bite. What makes it even better is that they offer a wide variety of cakes – from simple classic flavors to rich and beautifully designed options – so whether it’s for a small get-together or a big celebration, I can always find the perfect one🫶🏻.

Another thing that really stands out for me is the service. The staff here are genuinely polite and approachable, always welcoming with a smile. Not a very satisfying bakehouse. They’ve got quite a fancy name and vibe. But their products are below par and totally unacceptable.

The outlet is in a prime spot of the city and presents a great countenance in the setting. The façade is a striking disparity on the streetside and would spark craving in any onlooker. But all the ambience, tone and brains behind the muffin house is a great cover for the disastrous food.

Their donuts are as dry as parched bread with a dead cream on it. I could vouch for a regular loaf of brown bread that would be suppler than this. Their muffins are a tough and small lump of cake for Rs 35, which is much more expensive than its excellently tasteful counterparts. Breadfort and Square one sell their immensely delicious donuts for just Rs 30. Their cakes too are just nowhere near meeting the balance. Cookies and tarts are just mediocre.

The bakehouse is also an eatery with upstair dining space. But alls for nothing when the products are off the hook
