We stopped by Thomson Bakers & Restaurant for lunch on our way back from a trip to Vagamon. The place was quite crowded, which gave us the impression that it’s a popular spot among travelers.

We opted for the traditional Kerala meals, which were really satisfying and well-prepared. However, the fish and chicken dishes didn’t quite hit the mark. They were heavily flour-coated, which took away from the natural flavor and texture we were hoping for. On the other hand, their beef fry and duck roast were impressive—rich in flavor and cooked just right.

In summary, it’s a decent restaurant for a traditional meal, particularly if you enjoy beef or duck, but it may not offer the best value if you’re looking for a more balanced overall...

We by chance had to go to this restaurant. Omg neck cuting rates.We r ok to spend the money if some taste was there fr it.. We ordered parota and meals. Parota is like i thought teeth wil break.we cant break with 2 hands even.that much dry and hard.

For Meals they gv a thalam with more chutney and local curry as normal hotel use.normal hotel provide tasty food even.

Payasam has taste of only jaggery we cant eat that too.totally disappointed.

They chrg meals 100+on thalam with minute fish cury bowl that is 80

They dont hv normal fish fry only 300/- fish fry that is with kadalamaavu on fish.

Cost is too much.its beter to ask pricing bfr or give a menu with pricing whn customers r seated..
