Vappa's Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I had a terrible experience here. I am talking about their coffee and snacks shop infront of the restaurant.The staff were incredibly rude.They acted as they were doing me a favor without payment. The overall attitude of the staff, especially the man who manages the cash was rude and unwelcoming.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant coffee shop experience.Such a bad customer experience. The worst restaurant I would say I am from tamilnadu I was exploring Kerala with family sucha good place we were coming back from alappey we ordered some food and used the restroom in the restaurant which was meant for the customers to use since we went as family everyone wanted to use restroom as we were in travel the staffs were fine with it suddenly the owner came and scolded us with bad words in Malayalam and when we asked him to be polite he came to hit us which was...

Recently i visited for lunch in this restaurant Infront of Sabine hospital. The food was under expectations and not good in taste. Hygiene was below average and toilets & wash rooms are not maintain hygiene or cleaning not done timely. The dining service was not prompt. Totally this restaurant score 1 out of 10. They provide tea and snack counter on outside.
