Having been a long-time resident of the area, I've had the pleasure of frequenting WINBAY Family Restaurant in Meppadi for years, and it consistently stands out as a culinary gem. While their broasted chicken and butter chicken with their unbelievably soft wheat porotta are my usual go-to's – and for good reason! – today's meal showcased the restaurant's impressive versatility. I opted for the wheat porotta again, and it was, as always, incredibly soft and flaky, the perfect canvas for the flavorful dishes that followed. The veg curuma was a delightful surprise – rich, aromatic, and packed with tender vegetables, it offered a comforting and satisfying experience. And then there was the beef fry. Cooked to perfection, the beef was tender and coated in a spicy, fragrant masala that left a wonderfully lingering taste. Beyond the exceptional food, WINBAY's appeal extends to its thoughtful design and outstanding service. The building itself, constructed with sturdy retaining walls and prominent pillars, exudes a sense of permanence and strength, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. Inside, the ambiance is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a family meal or a casual gathering. The hospitality of the staff is consistently top-notch. From the moment you arrive, there's always a friendly face ready to assist. Speaking of arrival, the parking arrangement is excellent, complete with a dedicated guide who expertly directs vehicles, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free – a real blessing in often-congested areas. If you're in Wayanad, don't miss dining at Winbay. Highly recommended based on quantity and quality of food. We would have almost missed visiting there, but on our last day in Wayanad we ended with having dinner here. After ditching lunch to grasp in the beauty of Wayanad, we were damn hungry (especially because of the adrenaline rush from 900 Kandi, off-road experience). When we reached this restaurant it was almost 8 pm. We ordered lot many dishes out of severe hunger, but later ended up getting it packed for next day. That says about the quantity they severe here. Talking about the quality it was just marvelous. We had dined at other famous restaurant, just few meters away..but we regret wasting our money there.

Here we spent just 2k for 5 peoples dinner and even got the leftovers packed that served as our breakfast for next day.

Blindly go for this restaurant if you value your money, yet want to get the best quality and quantity.

Even cleanliness was better than the other restaurant we mentioned here.

This restaurant & another one in the vicinity is quite famous and always crowded. So you may have to wait for your turn.

If you don't want to wait, get it delivered to your resort or hotel. Yes you heard it right, they do deliver and have tie-up with nearby resorts/hotels.

Wynbay Bakes and Restaurants!! Today happened to visit there.Was very hungry.It is situated in meppadi,near petrol pump.It is maintained very well. Restaurant is clean.There was no too much of rush so was peaceful.There are 3 areas to sit and eat.Even A/C rooms are also there.We can see the cooking also.There are wide variety of options for food.Me and my cousin was there.We ordered for Shawarma and Lime juice😁 Shawarma was tasty. We ordered for additional garlic paste but it was not that tasty I mean not too yummy.Lime Juice was also not that mind blowing but it was fine.Also we bought 2 Lays and 1 Red bull. It was very well displayed that we felt like buying it,,😎 There was enough staffs to take care.They had proper uniform.It is very spacious.There is also live juice made on request. Fresh fruits also were there.There is more and enough area to park your car or scooters in front which itself make us comfortable to go there.Food arrived very fast which made us happy. They did not make us wait for Soo long.Handwash area is also separately located from the area where we eat,so that itself was creating a good environment there....
