Shree Guru Sandipani Restaurant — Restaurant in Khilchipura

This is the worst place you can visit for food in Ujjain, not just because of the atmosphere but the basic food they are providing is worst. They provide the dal bhatti thali for ₹190 around and the food they serve you is like ₹60-80, if a restaurant can't provide quality food then what's the use of providing only thali and the local auto people only bring u to this restaurant for lunch or dinner as it is in between the tour they provide in Ujjain. For my experience the trips are fine in the Autos but my humble request is don't fall for this scammed restaurant where the auto people take you and the food isn't even worth. I do believe I have quite some experience in food industry and with all my knowledge as I said they provide food worth of ₹60 and is not also for human consumption. One thing was good Thank God, the rawa laddu atleast I had something to eat that day from this restaurant. Overall...

I don't understand how the restaurant got such high reviews. Neither the food is tasty nor the ambience welcoming. They serve unlimited thali options but except for one or two options, all were just passable. No one were re-ordering them. Also ther were somany flies around that you instantly loose your apetite. I had to leave anyway mid meal because I found dead flies in daal and subji. Even when I complained to the owner about the flies in food he was not even surprised or concerned. His excuse was that nothing can be done as there were just so many of them. Really stay away from the restaurant as they are just serving unhygenic food at very high prices. They get all their traffic as they give free food to the autowallahs who bring...

This is a tourist restaurant which provides only thali option for 190pp , As per my understanding I felt this restaurant bit expensive and all the customers are taken by auto drivers only, I heard that there is a huge commission for auto drivers also in the bill... which is a tourist scam in other ways... .... but never the less the taste is good service is best .. all the staff from this restaurant seems happy which makes customers feel good .. service is good washroom is clean .. all the payment ways acceptable here.. 5 start rating is worth it for this restaurant.. I recommend this restaurant for all the visitors who is visiting ujjan .. but low down your price if it's possible........... Thanks...
