Aminia Restaurant - Mukundapur — Restaurant in Kolkata

First of all , After seeing all the reviews I was sceptical about visiting this eatery. But made up mind thought of visiting this branch of the famous Biryani Restaurant.

Let's talk about some points you would like to know :-

Ambience & Cleanliness - Very basic. No fancy decorations. Plain white walls a refrigerator for keeping desserts and soft drinks and some lightings to keep the place lit at night. Tables were clean.

Price - Always on higher side , but gets adjusted with the taste.

Service - Service was quick. And I can say that it was fast enough than many other outlets though the restaurant was full. Behaviour of all staffs and waiters were nice.

Food - Food was finger lickingly good , spices were concocted perfectly and the outcome was very tasteful to my taste buds. They claim that they do not use Ghee/Dalda in their food items , a little bit doubt is there on this.But food was not very oily.. Everything was balanced.

Staffs are very much unfriendly by nature. Food is not tasty as it should be. Staffs treat Customers very badly and very awful and their behaviour and body language towards their customer is like they dont have time to talk, they are very busy, although the store was full empty. They dont give proper answer to customers, even if a customer ask for some softdrink, which is visibally available at their freezer, they reply as not avaliable.

Visually the vibes are ok but when any one experience staff's hospitality, no customer will visit again.

Seems like you dont care about your business. Seems like you dont care about customer satisfaction. Hance, already lots of negetive reviews earlier, but nothing have changed. Seems like owner himself dont care about Aminia's...

BEWARE: This is NOT original Aminia Restaurant which originated from New Market. These guys are so malicious that here they are showing Aminia Restaurant whereas in Swiggy and Zomato they have put it as Amina only, as original Amina Restaurant is already/also there. Just to confuse people.
