When I reached out for assistance, I spoke with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, the interaction did not resolve my concerns, as the manager was quite dismissive and seemed uninterested in listening to my feedback, attributing all the problems to Swiggy.

I understand that third-party services can cause occasional hiccups, but it was disappointing that the focus was on assigning blame rather than addressing the issue. I find this approach unhelpful and contrary to the usual positive experiences I’ve had at Iris Pizza.

I believe that constructive feedback is vital for continuous improvement, and I hope this will be seen as an opportunity to enhance your service approach in handling customer queries, especially those involving partnerships with services like Swiggy.

I visited this place after reading the reviews. Seems like the highly positive reviews are mostly given by the owner's friends and relatives. The pizza is expensive. This is not domono's or pizza hut. Please be aware they take a lot of time to make just one pizza. You have to wait around 40 mins. Pizza was ok, but the base was not at all crisp. The cheese along with toppings was falling out. Never order the 3 drinks on the menu. Worst mint lemon I ever had. Instead of mint leave they use some cheap mint flavor having green color. It tasted like they have mixed the lemonade with Colgate toothpaste. Yuck. Ruined the mood and the taste. Why on earth they used mint flavor. Can't they simply use crushed mint leaves? Anyways I do not recommend the place. Overly prized, very late service. And...

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Iris Special Pizza and was thoroughly impressed with their Iris Chicken Ranch Pizza! The crust was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crunch and chew. But the real star of the show was the toppings - the chicken ranch was incredibly authentic, with a tangy and creamy sauce that complemented the savory flavors of the chicken and cheese. The medium size was just right, leaving us satisfied but not stuffed. I've tried Special Irish Pizza too. It was good too and little spicy. But since ranch stole the show, I would give it 4 star.
