Terrible Experience at Red Ant Chinese Restaurant - Poor Food Quality and Abysmal Service

I recently dined at Red Ant Chinese Restaurant, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted with a lack of professionalism and an overall sense of indifference from the staff. The service was abysmal, and the food quality left much to be desired. Food Quality: The most significant letdown was the appalling quality of the food. The dishes lacked freshness, and it was evident that shortcuts were taken in their preparation.

Review: I have been a loyal customer of Red Ant (Badlapur West) for a long time. Unfortunately, I had a deeply upsetting experience recently. I had clearly ordered vegetarian food but was mistakenly served a non-vegetarian dish (chicken) due to their staff’s negligence.

As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons, this caused me severe emotional distress and religious violation. While the restaurant did acknowledge their mistake, the matter was not appropriately resolved to address the seriousness of the harm caused.

I have filed formal complaints with Consumer Forum and FSSAI regarding this food safety violation.

I urge Red Ant to strengthen their food handling, order verification, and customer respect practices to prevent such incidents in the future. Customers with religious or dietary restrictions should exercise caution.

I never eat chinese food. But yesterday was soooo hungry and unfortunately no good restaurants nearby badlapur station. Being Sunday almost all the restaurants were closed. Was looking for some good restaurant and saw this Red Ant at khaugali lane. I had no choice but to go to this joint.....worth it... OMG what Chinese Dishes and Tandoor Dishes, Pot Rice mouthwatering..was simply awesome no comparison. totally hygenic. Good service.... the owner was so humble he personally came to us to know if we are happy with the food quality. I would say no comparison with other chinese restaurant superb awesome food.. In a Reasonable price range you get a best quality food. If I had to eat chinese food anytime, it will be only n only RED ANT. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 And those who are Chinese favourite pls try Red Ant dishes.. you will fall in love with Chinese food All the very best to Red Ant......
