Just had an unforgettable meal at Heritage Kitchen, where Chef Jigmet brings regional flavors to life with authenticity and passion. Nestled in an old Ladakhi house at Organic Retreat, this place exudes rustic charm.
We started with seabuckthorn kombucha, a delightful and healthy drink with tartness perfectly complementing the tangy fizz. The star of the feast was "mutton polla"—a dish with silky texture and rich, nutty flavors, subtly evoking the essence of home-cooked meals without being a biryani or pulao. So simple yet so flavourful !
