Domino's Pizza | Vishnu Nagar, Chhindwara — Restaurant in Loniya

My experience with Domino’s last night was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order around 12:00 AM, but it was delivered after 1:00 AM — completely cold, soggy, and with the cheese turned hard. The pizza was absolutely not in an edible condition.

After this extremely late delivery, I tried calling customer support, but no one even bothered to answer the call. This kind of careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible service is unacceptable from an international food brand.

I expect Domino’s to seriously improve their delivery standards and customer support, otherwise they will continue losing customer trust. For me, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly do NOT recommend...

Terrible Experience – Never Ordering Again

Ordered a pizza from Domino’s and it was a complete disappointment. The pizza arrived cold, the crust was soggy, and it barely had any toppings. I had asked for extra cheese and there was hardly any on it. On top of that, the delivery was late by 45 minutes, and the customer service was completely unhelpful when I called to complain. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. Definitely not worth it – I’ll stick to other pizza places...
