Unpleasant Experience with Agarwal Sweets' Online Order Service

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Agarwal Sweets, located in Khandwa, while placing an online order. The individual handling the phone for online orders exhibited extreme rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of manners. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing any anticipation for the food.

I strongly recommend the owner to reconsider the person managing online orders as their behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Customer service plays a crucial role in the overall dining experience, and such negative encounters can deter patrons from returning.

Total scam and cheating people!! I ordered a mini veg thali with two extra dahi on my way to Bangalore from Delhi with Karnataka express, on 26 th June 2024 ; Food taste was sada, quantity was extra-mini, and the dahi worth ten rupees were sold 85 rs each. Total expense was 390 rs for the plate. I warn anyone against ordering food from these scammers who are making a living by cheating honest people travelling on train!!
