Agrawal’s Sweet Home Restaurant & Cafe, located near Khandwa Junction, Madhya Pradesh, is an absolute gem for anyone craving fresh, delicious, and homely food while traveling. I discovered this place through IRCTC food delivery app and decided to order directly. The experience was nothing short of amazing.
The food quality was exceptional. The phulkas(tawa roti) were perfectly soft and fresh, just like homemade ones. I ordered a Kadai Paneer Combo, and it was prepared exactly as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. Manchurian rice were equally impressive—comfort food at its finest, with authentic flavors that made the meal even more satisfying.
What stood out the most was the efficient delivery system. The restaurant closely tracks the train's movement, adjusts the preparation time if there's a delay, and ensures the food arrives fresh and hot. This level of coordination and attention to detail is rare and highly appreciated by travelers.
An added surprise was discovering that this restaurant is owned by Arpit Agrawal, the International Biker, which adds a unique and inspiring story to the dining experience. It's wonderful to see someone channeling their passion for adventure into creating such a fantastic food experience for others.
Agrawal’s Sweet Home truly lives up to its name by offering great food and excellent service, making it a go-to spot for anyone passing through Khandwa Junction. Keep up the amazing work—good food and good vibes like this are...
Read moreUnpleasant Experience with Agarwal Sweets' Online Order Service
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Agarwal Sweets, located in Khandwa, while placing an online order. The individual handling the phone for online orders exhibited extreme rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of manners. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing any anticipation for the food.
I strongly recommend the owner to reconsider the person managing online orders as their behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Customer service plays a crucial role in the overall dining experience, and such negative encounters can deter patrons from returning.
I hope the necessary steps are taken to address this issue and ensure a more pleasant experience for...
