Bapu Ki Kutia (since 1964) — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

The owner is highly ill mannered and rude. I visited the restaurant today at around 8:45 PM with my family, but my father-in-law (aged 80 years) is suffering from kidney disease and is severely diabetic, doctors had advised him to eat only home made multigrain chapati and vegetable soups otherwise it could be life threatening risk for him. We along with family was returning from Mahakal Temple Ujjain and have ordered the food for all 4 persons except my father in law as we carry his home made food with us due to inevitable medical reasons, however the owner misbehaved with me and my wife and told us to leave the restaurant as outside food was not allowed inside the premises, it was shocking as we have already placed order of around more than ₹1500/- but even than he refused to cooperate with us and very adamantly compelled us to leave the restaurant before the arrival of our order, due to which my father was unable to get food for further one hour which is highly inhumane and against the human rights of a senior citizen. If any family is having a patient who’s food is restricted by the doctor than such family should never visit Bapu ki Kutia, as you have to face the gross insult and blatant misbehaviour of the owner in the contrary...

1. asked for 30mins and had to wait with children and sr.citizen for 1hr and got v congested place to sit.
2. oily paapads and spring roll.
3. heavy paneer vege without a good taste. Feeling bad today morning also after having food yesterday night.
4. bill was like not worth for 6people zero satisfaction, free items at other restaurantalso chaged like 1plate onion slice🤣.
5. child was crying and Sr.citizen also felt too noisy to manage. I made my family time worse by paying a good amount also. Waste of time and money. They can't manage people bcs space is less, uncomfortable sitting for family of 7. No pleasant atmosphere, its like a bust stand or railway station atmosphere where you need to spend time woth family And Food is like if anyone wants to be fatty pls have it at high cost without a great taste. They charge for those items also which is not charged at good restaurants. Like onion slice etc. There are many v good places at Indore go enjoy time with family. I tried for first time, so good I got the experience. I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Bapu Ki Kutiya Restaurant. Having had good experiences in the past, I was expecting the same, but this visit was a complete letdown. The food quality has significantly deteriorated. The Butter Paneer Masala, in particular, was tasteless and far below the standard we expected.

Moreover, the service was appalling. I visited with my faculty member to treat him, but the manager's behavior was shockingly unprofessional. We were instructed to leave immediately after making the payment, without even a polite request. Despite our request for just 5 more minutes, the manager's response was rigid and unaccommodating. It felt as though they were eagerly waiting for us to pay the bill just to kick us out.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy is unacceptable. It seems they no longer value their customers, and this experience has left a very negative impression. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to reconsider before dining here. Very...
