The samosa made here, neither has proper sour and savoury taste, neither it has the kind of traditional samosa filling material in it. This is what happens when person of no knowledge starts a business without a proper masala ustaad. Maybe the shop works because it's on road, but it doesn't provide the flavours needed in a proper samosa, I would suggest the owner to send their current ustaad to other samosa selling shops on the road to judge it or maybe the owner should go and check themselves and then rate their own samosa before selling to others + the chutney in green was devoid of any flavours as maybe made from cheapast possible available chillies and coriander leaves, also the red chutney which is known for its sour and sweet taste was made from sugar and only amchur, ofcourse red food colour was added to make people probably fool to pay once and never fall back. If the owner reads it, and actually understands that how business runs, maybe he improves quality for all, and tells me for a revision of this review to be actually able to write something positive while I hope, ustaad should go for a training to learn to make tasty spicy sour traditional samosa, otherwise...
