Chai sutta bar — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

So this is the first time I visited this place..and to be very honest this is not the CLASS of Chai Sutta Bar as I've visited the same in other States also.

The taste was just average.. Ordered lots of things but again the standard is not up to the mark..

Even the CHAI was Average.

The owner really needs to look into this on a serious note. Improvement is required for sure if you are carrying the tag of this big franchise..

Google doesn't pay for writing Reviews. I think this you should know. I'm just writing what i felt after visiting your restaurant. We also told in restaurant that the Chai was not good and yes it was just AVERAGE. We even didn't finish our CHAI, if you people have noticed that. I want you to visit Chai Sutta Bar of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, than you will seriously understand what actually this BRAND (FRANCHISE) is and how they are carrying it. The taste of CS Bar of Bhubaneswar is just SUPER AWESOME which is not in your case. And one more question, i want to ask that WHO PUTS THIS BIG BIG GARLIC in Garlic Bread. I want the owner to GOOGLE Garlic Bread and see what it means.

Sixth and most important, you can't force people to write POSITIVE feedback when the food was JUST AVERAGE.

I DO WRITE POSITIVE REVIEWS WHEN THE FOOD IS GOOD AND THIS I'VE WRITTEN ALSO FOR MORE THEN 20+ RESTAURANT WHOSE FOOD WERE EXCELLENT, BUT ACCEPT THE REALITY THAT YOURS WAS JUST AVERAGE .

Note: I'm not saying BAD, it was just AVERAGE. (I'm writing this review based on the COMPARISON with other CHAI SUTTA Bar).

I was not planning to write this big review but since you have posted that i write fake reviews so I'm writing in...

Worst Service 1- Once Me and my friend visited, were sitting on a table, three of staff were siting right next to us for 5 minutes. Unitll we realized they are from staff, and asked them to stand up they were gossiping.

2- Another time, paid upfront and order came literally after 40 min.

3- No body is responsible for your order on counter untill you go there and tell them at least thrice.

Staff is always busy gossiping rather than attending customers.

Right now when I am sitting here. It is almost half an hour since I ordered with only two customers other...

They have got amazing taste of all. Really nice coffee & Chai as well as snacks item. Ambience is way too good. Self service is there for customers and they have pay 1st policy. Smoking isn't allowed. You can sit as much as you want. Prices are worthy of taste. They provide wide range of 🍕 🍔🥪 🌭🍟🍝🍜. Cold coffee & ice tea and mojitos are also there with various flavours. You'll love it...
