I have partially booked cloud9 restaurant on 14.05.2022 for my son's birthday and they have not provided services where deal was to serve food but they kept food in buffer system also they added gst but not provided original bill

Ambience is good but not so great and food was awful, overall i give 2 star out of 5, I give 2 star only for staff because they are hardworking and well behavior!

I had a rather bad experience where it look them 1 hour to deliver the food when the restaurant was not even busy. They continued telling that dish will arrive in 2 mins but did not come until we left...
