I had the pleasure of hosting my son's first birthday party at the Countryside Meadows and I couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. From the beautiful outdoor setting to the impeccable service, our celebration was a resounding success. Here's why we highly recommend the Garden Restaurant:

1. Scenic Outdoor Setting: The restaurant's garden area provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It was lush, well-maintained, and filled with vibrant flowers and greenery. It created a picturesque atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.

I visited with my parents and Kids to their Rohit Nagar branch and loved the place from the location to ambience to vibes to food and also the staff!

Though outside in rainy season, they've kept the place so neat and clean with no rodents or insects whatsoever.

The ambience was amazing and we opted for indoor seating, they have a fusion seating arrangement where there's no closed dining hall, but rustic high end seating arrangement, enclosed with cobbled roof and ferns serving as walls and provide privacy.

We are vegetarians and don't consume alcohol nor anyone uses huqqah, so this was delightful to know they've got a seperate smoking area and open bar for those who want to indulge keeping families who don't prefer smoke or booze smell away from them.

Lots of space for kids to run around.

Staff was amazingly polite, courteous and knew their work, food options too! My parents are elderly and the staff and guard at reception area were courteous enough to guide us through as they can't use steps and provides us a spacious place to sit as I had an infant with me.

Coming to food, portion size was great and taste was amazing 10/10 for that. We ordered Lemon Coriander soup, Nizami Paneer Tikka, which was a new taste introduced to us, then were dishes like Pasta, Crispy Corn, Aloo Paratha and Lime Soda. The presentation of food can be made better, it's still good right now, but can jazz up a little bit more matching the rustic vibes of the place.

The ambiance and atmosphere of the place are undeniably its strongest points. From the moment you walk in, the welcoming, cozy environment puts you at ease. The décor is stylish and well-thought-out, with soft lighting that creates a warm and inviting vibe—ideal for both relaxing and socializing. It’s clear a lot of effort went into making the setting enjoyable, and in that regard, they’ve succeeded.

Unfortunately, the service doesn't match the quality of the atmosphere. The staff comes off as disorganized and, at times, even indifferent to customer needs. Simple requests, like asking for the WiFi password, are met with abrupt refusals, without any explanation, which feels unprofessional and off-putting. There is also a noticeable lack of attentiveness; it’s difficult to get the staff's attention, and when you do, they seem hurried or uninterested. This lack of care really takes away from what could otherwise be an outstanding experience.
