Fagun Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I visited this place on bhai door for lunch around 1 PM and the ambience is quite good and someone say Fagun is good place food is good ambience is also good and that is right, ambience is good and food is also good and it is total vegetarian restaurant and it is located at Dewas Naka and easy to locate near Nexa Showroom, entrance is quite good looks like you are entering in some heritage area, good place for kids also lots of games are available for them to engage them so kids can't get bore, they have bar, disc as well but it is only available for evening hours only, not in day hours, seating arrangement is also good if someone want to seat in open area they can and if someone wants to seat in cover area they can and they have separate sitting arrange on "khat" desi style and in winter season they put alaw for heating uo the area. The reason why i am putting one rating is the service whihc they provide is totally pathetic. As i mention we visited this place around 1 PM and we were the first customer for the day whi visited, and in starting we give order for soup and starter, in souo we order Dragon Soup, Manchou Souo and Creamy Brocli Soup along with that we order Starter that is Veg Khazana and for the Veg Khazana they told it will take time around 30 min it take time to prepare and for that we werw okay and when it come they were right why Veg Khazana take time to prepare and it taste was awsome and all three soup taste is also good. After that we ordered main course in thqt we ordered Dal Makhni, One Paneer Angara and Seekh Kebab Masala along with Breads Lacha Paratha, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Roti and whole order they took to serve One Hour that even when we told them it's already 45 mins gone and or order still not arrived and they took order after one hour and in that 2 of the main course except Dal Makhni other two were not Hot and the attitude of the waiter is not good he says he feel the pot of the main course is hot but we says it's not hot and he took that both main course and even after that 15min they didn't bring or order and mean while we mostly finish or food with Dal Makhni and then again we have to visit kitchen to inform that when they will bring or Main course which they took for making hot there we see or main course is just putting on the there table. And every time when we order some thing different waiter or Manger come to take the order and there is hierarchy there we can't identify who is the manager there and we also order normal onion salad even they didn't bring it after ping them twice three times till the end. That's the reason am putting one rating. First impression is last impression...

Visited the place, the place is situated around 2 or 3 km ahead of dewas naka... The place is huge and has a very good ambiance, comfortable sitting and a rich look to the place...

They have outdoor and indoor sitting available... I went in the indoor sitting area in the day and i am sure the place will look more awesome in the evening..

Now talking about food, in starters i took masala papad, spagetti with balls and green salad, well i loved spagetti with balls though the paneer balls were less as per the quantity of spagetti a few more paneer balls would have made it taste better. Haka noodles which were good

In main course, i ordered dal makhani, sikh kabab masala (suggested by the waiter), mix veg , garlic nan and lacha paratha, well everything was really tasty specially the dal makhani, very few hotels in indore serve a tasty dal makhani and they exceptionally served it at its best. sikh kabab masala was awesome too and garlic nan was quiet big and sufficient for 1 normal diet person.

Overall the hospitality is nice... people their are good, didnt givr un necessary suggestions to us.. Even they specified the quantity is sufficient between two people. Price to quantity ratio is a bit less but price to quality ratio is perfect and they make sure thecfood serve stays hot till the end of lunch or dinner.. i will be visiting them for dinner in future.

Note - The wait time is very high and then service is also very slow.

Its a wonderful place to go for a weekned dinner with family and friends.

They have fabulous food and ambience is amazing, ambience i well spreded and this place have plenty of option to pass your time and have a fun evening playing lots of Games like table tennis, bow n Arrow, badminton,skates, trampoline, cricket,video games( mario bros) and play houses for kids...

I would say go for this place for atlest 2-3hr, price is bit high of dishes a 50rs less in all menu would be great but you ger to play all games and have nice pictures clicked covers all...

Book your table before going and go 2-3hr earlier your booking so that you can have fun and take pictures and play games..

Kids will love this place and i think everyone will like this place and food.

Food is really great...

Service is little slow,i said little 5-10min difference,it may be because of the rush cause this place is popping..

This place have variety of sitting option considering the members... gazibos,outdoor,indoor,private balocony etc..

I would say this place is needed to be visoted atleat two time and bring big family and frnds group ,you will enjoy alot..
