Hello guys,
Visited the place, this is one of the those places which we always hear about but we arent able to pay a visit (with no reason). Well gyani ji's dhaba is there since my school time and they have renovated it and its looks more like a proper restaurant then a dhaba with fancy rooftop, i am writing this review after visiting them twice.
In starters we ordered, masala papad, veg kothe, peanut chat, kothe and peanut chat were really good, in masala papad, it had too much masala.
In main Course we ordered dal makhani, veg patiyala, garlic nan, butter nan, tandori roti, well both the gravies were tasty specially veg patiyala and in nan i liked all the nan's and roti's as everything was properly cooked and soft with a little crunchiness to it.
Overall the hospitality has some lack to it, other than a lot of restaurant they will try to trick you into placing order for two quantity instead of one which is not the case at most places, place is pocket friendly, very good to visit with friends or family, food taste's good, service is fast
Overall...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed and angry with the experience I had at Gyaniji ka Khalsa Dhaba. On 16th November I had planned a dinner for a group of 49 people, and the restaurant staff promised to provide us with an enjoyable and hassle-free dining experience. However, the restaurant ended up cheating us, and I am deeply upset about it.
When it was time to pay the bill, the restaurant charged us for 55 people instead of the 49 we actually had. When we confronted them about this, they were extremely rude and unresponsive, and they refused to rectify the issue. We felt like we were cheated out of our hard-earned money, and it left a very sour taste in our mouth.
I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I would suggest that anyone reading this review should stay far away from it. Cheating customers out of their money is an unacceptable business practice, and it shows a complete disregard for ethics and integrity. I hope that the restaurant reevaluates its policies and takes responsibility for the terrible experience...
Read moreI visited Gyan dhaba place on the second Sunday of last month around 11:30 PM, after calling ahead to confirm my visit. While the seating arrangement was fairly good, I was quite disappointed with the food—particularly the naan, which was extremely hard and difficult to eat. Even after I mentioned it to the staff, the replacement served was no better; it was still tough and not enjoyable at all. Additionally, the hygiene of the hand wash area was concerning, with stagnant water accumulated around the sink, which gave a very poor impression.
On a positive note, the staff and waiters were very polite and offered excellent service. A special mention goes to the security guard at the entrance, who was extremely helpful in managing the parking, especially given how crowded it was that evening.
Overall, the service was commendable, but the food quality and hygiene standards need significant...
