While the quality of the food was decent and the taste acceptable, the quantity served was shockingly inadequate for the prices being charged. However, the most appalling part of the entire experience was the service — absolutely unprofessional and completely lacking in basic hospitality standards. The staff showed no urgency in addressing delays, seemed utterly untrained, and had no clue about the orders or which table they were meant for. Every time an order was served, something was missing. When questioned, the response was a casual, “Oh, you ordered that too?” This kind of careless attitude is unacceptable. To give a specific example: I ordered a pizza, and understandably, oregano and chili flakes weren’t served initially. When I requested them, the server brought over a small bowl of chili flakes — with his fingers inside the bowl. Completely unhygienic. On top of that, he forgot the oregano again, even though I had just asked for it. Repeated requests for additional rotis took over 40 minutes, by which time the rest of our food had gone cold. It's beyond frustrating. As if that wasn’t enough, their menu is misleading. They list 10–12 items in each category, yet barely 2 or 3 are actually available. We were forced to settle for generic, uninspired dishes — not what we came for after traveling a considerable distance to dine here. In short, the service was atrocious, the food was barely manageable, and the entire experience was a disappointment. I will not be returning — and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their time...

Visited here for dinner get together with long lost school friends. Was very excited for the same, we 5 friends with spouses and little kids were meeting after Covid. I suggested this place to my other friends after looking at some reels and photographs of the place, was having high expectations!! However, really disappointed with the service and staff responses. The event that made me give me such unfortunate feedback while still sitting at the place before checkout is that we encountered a rat beneath our table and when informed the staff about it, got an unexpected casual response from them as if it is routine at the place and the rats are their pets. Upon calling the person incharge for the place and asking for explanation again received a cold response, the person was reluctant to inform the same to owner and asked us to get in touch with the owner (some Mr. Nema) by all ourselves. This was just one event. The other issues we faced was the thing that ought to had been cold (beer) was warm and the thing that ought to have been hot (butter roti) was cold. Highly overpriced place viz.-a-viz. the service being offered. The food taste was good but highly disappointed by the service and staff responses, neither me or any of my friends going to visit again. I hope this feedback come to notice...

Pathetic. I booked the table well in advance and still got a below par service. Cocktails were served late, the person who was taking our order told us that pizza is not available and then later on said that pizza can be served when we already placed our initial order. It was really hot and we asked the person to place a table fan to which he said we cannot do it. We were three couples with three children and still they could not arrange for a fan or atleast a better place where we could have felt bit more comfortable. It was my wife's birthday and we requested the person to play a birthday song and he straight aways said that we do not take such requests but voila just after 10 mins the singer played the birthday song for other guests. The waiter came at 10.55pm and said that only biryani or khichdi can be served and did not inform us in advance about this. All in all it was really a bad experience and this is not our first time visiting this place. In the past we never faced such issues but looks like now the staff has changed completely and they do not care about the customer service at all.
