⭐ 1 Star – Midway Cafe is an Absolute Disaster

This place is a JOKE. Midway Cafe gave me one of the worst experiences of my life — and I’m not even exaggerating. The staff were beyond useless — lazy, arrogant, and downright disrespectful. We asked for something simple, and instead of just doing their job, the guy straight-up ignored us, then had the audacity to ARGUE like we were the problem. Zero manners. Zero respect. Shouldn't even be working in hospitality.

And don’t get me started on the food — it was absolute garbage. Bland, cold, and looked like it was scraped together from leftovers no one wanted. I've had better meals at highway stalls at 2am. How this place is even allowed to serve food is a mystery.

Midway Cafe is a total embarrassment. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity — DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DUMP.

Rajgarh is midway between my ofc and hometown hence planned to take a lunch break here. The food was good and service was decent. The only issue occured was during billing. Masala Papad was not available but it was added in the bill. Similarly, Mojito was shown in the menu for INR 60 but it was charged as INR 110 in the bill. On enquiring, the staff told that in-house drink is not available hence they had ordered from separate fast food restaurant outside (their own unit). They should be courteous enough to first ask that the item shown in menu is not available or the rate shown in menu is old and needs to be revised. Quick learning is always check the bill they give to ensure that items not available are not added...

Stopped at 11.30 AM on Sunday. We were planning to have an early lunch. Restaurant was being cleaned and they said they are not open but we can eat at cafe. Cafe had only 2 tables in shade so we had to sit outside. Food didn’t come for a long time. Things like Lassi, shake and Idli which are mostly ready and just need to be served were also not served until we asked several times. Idli felt stale, so much for their excuse of - it’s taking time because we are making them fresh 😀. Lassi tasted weird. Shake was good. Pizza was ok. Something with advertisements for 10 KMs on roads and managed by government should be good. But now I know, never stopping at any midway...
