KFC — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

The service is real bad, they take a lot of time for orders to process, their servers just won't show up my order for takeaway, and the staff here is not cooperative at all, they make you wait a lot unnecessarily, and if asked about my order, they just won't reply in once, you'll have to keep reminding them of your takeaway, but they so stubborn, won't even check the system for updation of order, staff shouldn't act this way, they should know, how to respect customers, I did a takeaway order, and they won't give me any update regarding my order, whether it's getting prepared or not, I had to wait and stand their for 15 minutes, they just won't reply back, and after 15, they said there is problem in server, and won't be able to proceed with my order, this isn't the service I expect from kfc, and this isn't first that this happened, last time, they made me wait there for 30mins to process my order, and just won't listen to me when I asked them to look in my order, I EXPECT BETTER STAFF...

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining experience at one of your outlets. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the air conditioning was off, and despite requesting the staff to turn it on, it was not working properly. This made the dining environment uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the outlet was below standard. The tables were not cleaned, and there was food all over the floor.

The behavior of the staff was also disappointing. They were unhelpful and it felt as though I was inconveniencing them by being there.

While I find your delivery service acceptable, I cannot recommend dining in at your outlets based on this experience. It seems that this poor level of service is becoming a trend across multiple KFC locations, which is quite concerning.

I had taken one double-chicken roll on 10th June, 2024. They assumed me as a delivery boy at first, after that I clarified them and then I ordered for the above and it took about 15-20 minutes to prepare and pack one single dish. Whatever the case, eaten the roll, that day I was fine, but from next day I felt feverish and that night my stomach pain began. Next morning, I felt severe pain and it became diarrhoea like symptoms. After 2-3days, although taken medications the issue persisted. Then it exerts bloody stool suggesting complecated bacterial infection.
