Kwality Sweets — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

customer support is too bad i was regular customer of kwality sweet and one day by mistake i paid 230 rupees to their merchant QR from paytm. As i was the regular customer the most recent payment in my Paytm is of Kwality sweets only and the one who use paytm knows that this mistake is genuine. I visited to Kwality sweet very next day and told them the issue the manager behaved very rudely he didn't even checked his data and told me that how would he know that you shopped from us or not. They provide token to their every costumer and they have all the data. They didn't even gave attention to my problem and this is seriously not expected to big brands like Kwality sweets. Its not about the 230 rupees its about the customer support and customer satisfaction you provide.

By their attitude at billing counter, it seems like they don't want customers. They don't ask what actually you want. Even you need to call again n again to their staff if you need anything. No customer support. No one is there to take care of customers. I ate samosa, paani Puri and Rabdi.. thereafter asked for tissue paper, which wasn't available at counter. Staff person rudely said "nhi hai andar Dekh lo mil jaaye to". I went to the owner standing there and informed him about the case. He didn't say any word, like he ignored my feedback... It feels like they don't want customers feedback. Owner needs to work on Customer service. Everything else is good. Food variety, quality and taste is always good. That's why we compelled to visit...

Huge shop with wide range of sweets, bakery items, cakes, snacks, chaat, panipuri, etc. I tried the rawa Panipuri which I always like but here they were not that crisp and fresh. Pastries were ok. Aloo tikki was good. Paneer roll and pizza were tasty. They have lot of cookies options as well which I am yet to try. They have pizza base and many other breads as. Parking is a bit challenging here. Overall it’s good for evening snacks, though I did not find their sweets that fresh. There are other sweets shops in Bhopal which serve better and fresh sweets. But yes do try their Samosa, it’s too good. One of the best I have...
