As a newcomer to Bhopal, I was exploring places to eat after a long and tiring day. My aunt and I stumbled upon Manohar Dairy & Restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.

First Impressions: The restaurant exudes a welcoming vibe. The ambiance is simple yet charming, and the staff are incredibly courteous and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and professionalism of the place. Hygiene standards are clearly a priority here, and the cleanliness added to the overall pleasant experience.

What We Ordered: We were famished, so we quickly scanned the menu and placed our orders. My aunt opted for a Plain Dosa, wanting something light, while I treated myself to a Thali. Both dishes arrived promptly, and the flavors were truly remarkable.

Remark: Plain Dosa: The dosa was crisp, perfectly cooked, and served with delicious chutneys and sambhar. It was exactly the comforting dish my aunt was looking for.

Thali: My thali was a gastronomic delight. Each dish was perfectly balanced in flavor, and the variety made it an ideal choice for someone wanting to explore authentic Indian cuisine.

The Sweet Ending: The restaurant boasts an impressive array of sweets, and we couldn't resist picking up some Manohar's special Jaggery Sesame Gajjak and Ratlami Sev to take home as souvenirs. The quality and freshness of these items were exceptional.

Before wrapping up our meal, we indulged in a plate of Pani Puri, which was an explosion of tangy and spicy flavors. We ended our feast with a comforting cup of low-sugar tea, prepared just the way we like it.

The Verdict: Manohar Dairy & Restaurant surpassed all our expectations. The food was not only delicious but also showcased an incredible balance of flavors. The staff's hospitality and the restaurant's hygienic environment made our experience even better. Whether you’re in the mood for savory dishes or sweets, this place delivers on all fronts.

Recommendation: I highly recommend Manohar Dairy & Restaurant to anyone visiting Bhopal. It's a must-visit spot for a wholesome, flavorful meal and some great takeaways. This place truly captures the essence of great food and warm...

If you find yourself near Bhopal Railway Station and are craving a memorable food experience, look no further than Manohar Dairy and Restaurant, located just 700 meters from the station. This iconic eatery is not only convenient for travelers but also a culinary haven that delivers mouthwatering dishes with impeccable service.

During my visit, I indulged in their gajar halwa, pav bhaji, and their signature dish, chole bhature. Each dish offered a delightful explosion of flavors, but the chole bhature stood out as the star of the meal. Its rich, perfectly spiced chole paired with fluffy, golden-brown bhature is nothing short of extraordinary. The dish’s reputation precedes it, and I can confidently say it lives up to the hype. Even hours after my meal, the irresistible aroma and taste lingered, a testament to the exceptional quality and preparation.

The gajar halwa was a sweet treat that struck the perfect balance of texture and richness, making it an ideal way to wrap up the meal. The pav bhaji, with its buttery pav and flavorful bhaji, was equally satisfying and showcased the restaurant's ability to master a variety of cuisines.

Beyond the food, the service was prompt and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience even during busy hours. The cleanliness and warm ambiance added to the charm, making it a place you’d want to revisit.

Manohar Dairy and Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone traveling through Bhopal. Its proximity to the railway station, combined with an outstanding menu and excellent service, makes it the perfect stop for a hearty, delicious meal. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, this place guarantees a taste that stays with you long after you...

Review: Manohar Sweets - Chole Bhature

Manohar Sweets is a well-known spot for chole bhature enthusiasts, and my recent visit mostly met my expectations. Located in a busy area, it has a casual vibe that makes it a good choice for a relaxed meal.

Food: The chole bhature was the highlight, and it did not disappoint. The chole (chickpea curry) was flavorful, with a well-balanced mix of spices and just the right amount of heat. The bhature (fried bread) was light and fluffy, not too greasy, and paired well with the chole.

Portion Size: The portions were quite generous, with one plate being enough for a big appetite or perfect for sharing. It's definitely filling, so you get a good amount of food.

Service: The service was quick, even though the place was crowded. The staff were polite and attentive, making the experience pleasant despite the hustle.

Ambiance: The seating area is clean but compact, so during busy times, it can feel a bit cramped. However, the quick turnover ensures you don’t have to wait too long for a table.

Price: One downside was the price, which I found to be a little on the higher side for a simple chole bhature dish. While the quality of food was good, the pricing felt slightly elevated compared to similar eateries in the area. That being said, if you're willing to spend a bit more for quality, it's still worth it.

Final Thoughts: Manohar Sweets serves up some of the best chole bhature around, but be prepared for prices that are a bit higher than you might expect. The taste and portion sizes make up for it to some extent, making it a solid option if you’re craving this North...

While my visit in Bhopal, I searched for restaurants and found this with lots positive reviews. First day we sat in the inside hall and ordered for CHHOLE- BHATURE, PAV- BHAJI and RABRI. CHHOLE was more than expected. Taste was nice but it was too heavy and it binds your taste buds. It means after eating CHHOLE you can't expect yourself to try anymore dish. Too much use of Ghee (or Butter) every time doesn't makes the taste awesome. While BHATURE was average, PAV-BHAJI and RABRI was as usual good. Price are definitely on the upper side. Second day we tried PURI-CHHOLE. The same thing. But on Second day we sat in the front hall and noticed a very bad and unhygienic thing. I saw two of the serving waiters, taking the used plates from the table, cleaning the table with paper napkin and keeping the same napkin in hand with the 'SPOONS' and without cleaning their hands, serving the dishes to the customers and putting those 'SPOONS' in the dishes. So the spoons someone is using for eating is kept in the same hand with the napkins used for cleaning table. Now imagine the lavel of HYGIENE maintained by the hotel.
