Midway Treat Samnapur — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I have given only one star . Before anyone getting offended, kindly read the reasons below 📌The washrooms (both men and women washrooms) were really very dirty and literally smell was very bad . 📌 We ordered 2 cheese grilled sandwiches, cheese maggi and 3 cups of tea. We were promised to get the order by 20 minutes but it took about 45 to 50 minutes. 📌They gave us only tea at first (that too only 2 instead of three and after telling the staff got the third cup) and after that they totally forgot about us. After going to them several times then too they were not attentive at all. The manager was getting very irritated and when we complained to him, he became annoyed and rude too and told us to complain to the owner, not to him.....seems that he was not able to manage at all.... Luckily the owner of the midway treat was present that day and we complained to him, and by god's grace finally (due to him ) we got our meal. 📌There was no cheese in the sandwich instead some (extremely little ) mayonnaise was present with a tomatoes and onions. No cheese was there and there is a hugeeeee difference in cheese sandwich and mayonnaise sandwich.

📌 Now comes the cheese maggi. There was no cheese except a few shreds (which were countable)on top. Although plain maggi was tasting good , what we actually wanted was cheese maggi...No cheese in cheese maggi. Literally!!!!.

Worst experience ever. I hope that these things will be improved at the earliest. I hope my review doesn't fall on deaf ears.

We had an early dinner. The place has a good ambience for sure although the furniture is not so clean. We had to ask the waiter to clean the tables after sometime. We ordered 3 combo meals but none of them tasted fresh and was very oily. The dal makhani tasted stale. Amritsari kulcha was salty and filled with garlic and paneer. No one attended us for almost the full duration of our meal. We had to ask explicitly for water ,pickles, tissues and addon onions. Even then for non-preparatory dishes it took so long that we almost finished the food. When i asked the waiter,he said i will attend mam,there is no electricity here since long so we are not able to do much 🤷 They could have simply denied us when we were entering due to lack of service. After our food we waited for the bill and finally decided to go to the counter to pay myself.

Overall this was a second disappointing experience. Looking at the standards maintained by MPT restaurants ,people go there but such experiences make you think about the quality and value of money...

Food is good. Staff behavior is friendly. Must visit if passing Samnapur. Nice place to halt in between Hoshangabad and Jabalpur while going towards Hoshangabad from Jabalpur . Food was tasty and freshly prepared , service was quick and good. Atmosphere wise nice, clean with parking facility. Good place to have brunch, lunch, tea or dinner. Rates are reasonable. Washrooms were clean. Staff behaviour was good and friendly. Kalali pakora was crispy and tasty one must eat. ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... .....
