Dear Musafir Cafe Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to visit your cafe for the first time, and I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience with your cappuccino. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the drink and the overall experience.

Firstly, upon receiving my cappuccino, I noticed that the foam was unevenly distributed and lacked the creamy texture that is typically associated with a well-prepared cappuccino. The foam appeared thin and quickly dissipated, leaving me with a flat and lackluster beverage. It was evident that the barista did not put much effort into creating the signature cappuccino foam that I had expected.

Furthermore, the coffee itself seemed under-extracted and lacked the robust flavor I anticipated from a quality cappuccino. The taste was noticeably weak and lacked the desired balance between the espresso and milk. It was evident that the coffee beans used were not of high quality or were improperly prepared.

Additionally, I was disappointed by the overall presentation and attention to detail. The cup in which the cappuccino was served seemed hastily prepared, with visible smudges and fingerprints, which detracted from the overall experience. The lack of care and attention to cleanliness was disheartening.

As a first-time visitor to your cafe, I had high expectations, especially given the positive reviews I had heard from friends and colleagues. However, my experience with the cappuccino fell far short of these expectations, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and let down.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and not every drink will be perfect. However, as a customer, I believe it is crucial to provide feedback so that improvements can be made. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback constructively and consider it as an opportunity to enhance the quality of your cappuccinos and overall customer experience.

I would appreciate it if you could take my feedback into account and address the areas of concern raised. I believe that with some adjustments and improvements, your cafe has the potential to deliver exceptional cappuccinos that will leave customers thoroughly satisfied.

The worst experience due to a lady there perhaps the manager or the owner.. (whatever) but her attitude was worse enough to spoil our kitty party there. They people need to improve their way of treating the customers. We had maharashtrian theme of kitty this month and we planned a small worship of Lord Ganesha in her campus..Despite carrying these auspicious vibes with us in their musafir cafe.she came to instruct us that religious activity is not allowed. It doesnt match her cafe's theme and other customers will not take interest in her cafe due to our Ganesh Pooja. Lol .. we had already booked our party there. The place where we kept our Lord Ganesha deity, she was asking for the space charge.. (Well, she didn't inform about this earlier and we often plan theme kitties in other places where managers are very welcoming by nature). Moreover, she told if u ppl are partying here, make sure apka bill jyada bane. Is this really needed to mention that we should eat enough to meet her bill requirements?? we total 10 ladies were there with our children ended up paying more than 5000/- ..The kitty table bill was approx 2300/- and we ordered food for our children seperately for which the members paid individually. Overall it costed approx 5000/- The last but not the least, they are pretty insensible towards the customers' problems. We were being bitten by the mosquitoes all eve and they didnt arrange mosquito repellent. Note- Dont dare to call media cameraman for coverage of your party there. She will let you now that her place implements charges for professional photoshoot (thats a different thing that you are being shot for page 3 news) We all regretted our decision of planning this kitty there. The place is beautiful and good but...

Nestled in the lush greens of The Vintage Villa, @musafirbhopal is a heritage cafe cum book lounge perfect for all the bibliophiles who can just sit here whole day all curled up in their fav book & coffee and also for people who love to spend peaceful time alone, with friends/family in the lap of nature!

The menu has plethora of veg & non veg options. And with a farm alongside, most of the dishes are following straight farm to the table concept! So yes, healthy, organic, fresh food!! Wohoo

But hey wait! Party lovers don't be sad they've a pool too so you can book that area for your pool parties

Now if i may come back to the beauty i posted, this mixed sauce pasta was cooked in desi style. So it was not just creamy & well cooked but the perfectly balanced indian spices in it were screaming of flavours in each bite! Hands down, A must try when you're visiting here. Crispy corns, veg platter, brownie mud pot, cheese chilly mushroom, sizzling brownie are some more scrumptious recommendations you should try. Overall, a must visit & recommended place!
