Bappu ki kutiya is so wrost place to order because i haved placed a order through Zomato and i was placing to m.p. nagar branch but by mistake i placed at neelbad branch and i was paid the amount of food online with UPI only and i immediately saw that i placed on wring branch and i place a call immediately to the neelbad branch the man who talked to me he asked me toh cancle the order and i ask him that refund so he very happily said yes and i cancelled the order and my order wasnt refund and next i called them again so the refused that alka payment humare pass nhi hai apka zomato ke pass hai hum kuch nhi kr skte hai apko zomato se baat krna hogi and all humare pass apki thali ready thi and this statement is so wrong guys trust me i just cancelled the order immediately and they just lied and abhi tak bhi i didnt get my refund its bein 5 days and this behaviour is not good i suggest no one should pre pay them they are so bad and even wrost at this things so but give me...

We arrived at the restaurant at 10:50 PM, just as it was open, hoping to enjoy a late evening meal in the open-air seating area. Unfortunately, we were rudely told that we couldn’t sit outside as they were nearing closing time and were instead directed to a damp, covered area that was far from pleasant.

We ordered two cold coffees without ice cream and a plate of dry Manchurian. The food was mediocre at best; the cold coffee was just average, and the Manchurian lacked flavor. To top it off, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to see that we were charged for cold coffees with ice cream, which we clearly didn’t order.

Very bad experience about service, I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and children, and it was a very bad experience from start to finish. The service was awful — the staff were slow, rude, and not attentive at all. We had been waiting for a table, but instead of seating us, they chose to move us aside to accommodate someone else who arrived after us, which was really unfair and frustrating, especially when we were there with kids.
