Naveen's Bapu ki Kutiya — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Several times I visited the place and also gave them the feedback but the condition of their service remained pathetic. Last time i visited yesterday and the feedback is:

Taste of veg kolhapuri and tawa paneer masala was average. Tandoori Roti was not chewable it took the heavy duty of teeths. NBKK Special thali was just an average @ of 189 what they offered? = small sized bowls of dal, offered IVY GOURD " Kundru" As seasonal veg🥲, 2 small pieces of paneer with gravy (flavour unidentifiable), one gulab jamun, raita, 4 chapati and rice (after 30 mins of waiting, firstly they argued " Rice khatam ho gaye"🤦‍♂️) I felt so ashamed to ask for rice. If you were not having all the dishes of thali than why did you offered?? And second thing if you offered than why did you first denied outrightly after offering thali that " Rice khtam ho gaye" My god such a unprofessional behavior 🤐 As per the rate which you offer your taste and service is below average. These all happened after 30 mins of waiting after order for a food. First time had such a pathetic experience in any restaurant in Bhopal. It's the people of the place who make a place a place worth visiting and this is exactly what happened when we went there on 18th October. Family of 10 who were hungry after a hectic day of house shifting during Navratri. Some of us were on no onion no garlic diet and reaching there at 10:45 pm staff there was so welcoming and in one go agreed to serve us whatever we wanted. One of their captains looked after us so well and served us with open heart and warmth catering to all our needs with so many of preferences that we had. It took us time to eat and we were feeling bad that we came at the odd hour and staff must be wanting to go home but they all were extremely friendly and courteous all throughout.

This is a nice food providing restaurant located on the first floor, B 10, Raisen Road, Inderpuri, Bhopal. Bapu ki Kutiya, Cottage of the Bapu, was a very old food Dhaba started in, perhaps, 1960s on the outskirts of Bhopal on Roshan Pura Naka. Bhopal city was under rehabilitation process. All the working personnel and other outsiders used to have ready meals from this Dhaba and liked it's Dal, Chawal, Roti & Kadi besides another veg. was also served. Bapu Ki Kutiya is still there but renovated. on the same place and an old tree surrounding the dining tables of the Hotel witnesses the development of city - silently. There are so many branches of this Hotel on the different colonies of Bhopal but with a slightly changed name, may be due to some family fudal.
