Definitely would not recommend going here. I turned 18 this 20th and I'm going out of itarsi for college so it is my last birthday here and i had many good memories here so i decided to celebrate my birthday here. When we were there, the music was so loud that we couldn't even ourselves so i asked them to turn it down 2 times but the second time the uncle at the reception told me very rudely that he is playing music so loudly because apparently we were very loud. First of all, it wasn't us who were loud but the other group of people. Second of all, if someone else would've complained about our volume and he would've turned the music up, I would've understood but nobody complained. Lastly, it is a cafe, it is supposed to be loud. If you don't like loud places, leave that place or dont open cafes. I told him all these but he didn't turn the music down so we left and went to a much better place with much better food and much better service. I'll never visit this cafe again. Update: The New Cake Section is a big waste of money, they don't taste good just pile of sugar, the ingredients don't go well together. It's like the baker just stacked them all up. I bought Lotus Biscoff and Blueberry Cheesecake and both of the times, i was disappointed and felt like that I threw my money in a pit.
