OLIVE'S CAFE & RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I went here to dine in with my family but we were left unattended for 2hours and after that also there were many dishes unavailable even the place was not at all clean and tidy there were bills and dirt and food everywhere even the tables were greasy and disgusting even after wiping it. Not any of the dishes mentioned were available when We finally ordered 4 special thalis the waiter went and served it on a different table as they had the same order even though they had come later than us when the Manager confronted him he started gaslighting everyone then he said that only 1 plate could be provided and that one plate also didn't have salad sweet and pickle as stated in the menu when we confronted him he said he would bring and again never appeared until we...

Very very bad experience in terms of all the categories....I wish zero star option would be there to review...waiter and owner both are ridiculous in service and even in communication as well... worst restaurant in sihora region...I was just asking for water during my dinner...no waiter was interested... complained it to owner at reception at the time of bill payment... owner was so misbehaved that he pass me one half filled dirty bottle and said ,,"lo pilo paani"...that was so embarrassing for me to take this conversation further as all are the same...I am regular bus traveller on this route and will not suggest anyone to eat at olive's restaurant...

Food quality don't know.....no one is responding to take order...we seated for 15 min...then I think one guy came to us from Cash counter...then only he asked the staff to clean the table and he gave us a menu card and. Then he told us to give the order fast otherwise bus will go ..so we refused to eat..our tour to prayagraj through purple travels.. PLEASE CARRY OWN FOOD TRAVEL TO ANYWHERE... these type of hotels get fix business daily through buses..so they not provide quality food with...
