I got the worst experience at this shop worstest cake shop ever mene inke yaha se 1.5 kg ka customized cake order Kia tha nd jab me order lene gaya tab bhot confusing nature hai shop owner that man with glasses he always confuses us with price flavour then after the discussion of 30-35 minutes we finalize the cake and at the time of delivery my cousin brother got their and I give him the photograph of bill then he got confused because in the bill their was name of another shop I'll give photograph of that bill also and after that the packaging of the cake was worst he attached some of the cardboard to make the height of the box and they don't have any box of double storage cake they manage it like (kaam chalau) and they don't even have packaging bag of their own shop and my cousin asked for bag they said that their is no bag we don't have our bag and they said this in very angry way and when the cake come home that got damaged I'll give the photo and video also I got the worst experience every in this shop 0 Star I'll recommend

I have never eaten any cake in Bhopal area like this. Cheesecake in reasonable price is difficult to find in Bhopal. But Omni bakers has done it. Thankyou Omni bakers

Very casual attitude. Called me much before the cake arrived. Had to wait for them to bring cake from factory. The cake was brought in a 2 wheeler and the top cover was open. All the dust on the road would have gone into it. Scared to even touch the cake as currently the covid situation is there. When i raised this concern, the shopkeeper says we are doing you a favor by getting cake for you. Made him cover the cake properly to avoid dust while i take it back home by walk. He said he kept the top open for the cake because he assumed i would come in a car whereas i walked to his shop. Just casual and carefree attitude towards cleanliness and accepting mistakes. Avoid cake from here...

I brought White Forest cake and unlike what you said, it's base turned out to be pineapple.

Also, you guys told me it was fresh, but I found out that the bread of the cake was stale. It was hard, dry and little bit lumpy.

Extremely disappointed. I've been your regular customer for several years but guess I have to go for...
