Worst experience both the time while ordered cake at the time of bday it was late by 1.5 hour and that time also no response from your side and this time our function is finished and we hadn't received cake i gave time for 5:30 but it came by 7:30 our function finish at 6:15 it's very embarrassing for me in front of guests. We paid an extra amount for delivery so we get it on time and you never told us that delivery has an issue you asked that 500 is the extra for delivery we have without any discussion but both time it was very worst experience for delivery or pickup. Both times the owner was not supported he was continuously disconnecting calls. We spent too much for this cake but it was very disappointing from your side. it's very shameful careless Bad Services.
