Pind Balluchi — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Pind Balluchi Rewa. I was invited by Dream World Vacations, who claimed to be partnering with Pind Balluchi, for a dinner event. The call from Dream World Vacations mentioned that as a valuable and regular customer of Pind Balluchi, I was invited to celebrate their anniversary with a 45-minute program followed by dinner.

Trusting the Pind Balluchi brand, I attended the event with my family. However, it turned out to be a mere business promotion activity where Dream World Vacations spent 45 minutes explaining their plans. When we expressed our disinterest, they abruptly offered us a Rs 500 voucher. It felt misleading and insincere.

Adding to the disappointment, the service was appalling. Not a single waiter served us water until we asked. This level of service is far below the standards we expect from Pind Balluchi.

Using Pind Balluchi’s name to invite customers under false pretenses and then delivering such poor service is unacceptable. It tarnishes the reputation of Pind Balluchi and undermines the trust that loyal customers like myself have in the brand. I filled out a feedback form as a customer and did not expect my number to be used for such promotional schemes.
