I recently had the chance to visit the much talked about dhaba located near the toll tax on the AB Road, Rau side. This place has been on my list for a while, given its considerable size and reputation, and I was eager to experience it firsthand.
One of the immediate positives is the affordability of the menu, which is a huge plus. We tried a variety of dishes to get a comprehensive feel for their offerings. In the starters, the paneer dishes were decent but didnt quite hit the mark, while the other appetizers were quite enjoyable. Moving to the main course, everything we ordered was good, with the exception of the dal, which fell a bit short compared to the rest of the spread.
The service was better then I expected, which certainly contributed to a smooth dining experience. Overall, my visit was positive. However, there was one significant aspect that felt missing that was the quinte essential dhaba vibe. Despite its name and location, the establishment felt more like a conventional restaurant, lacking that rustic, open air, and often boisterous charm typically associated with a traditional dhaba.
While the overall experience was good, I believe there is room for improvement. If they can fine tune the taste profile a bit more across the board and perhaps infuse a stronger, more authentic dhaba flavours into the place, this establishment has the potential to become the undisputed best dhaba in Indore. It's a solid choice for an affordable meal with quick service, but don't go expecting the classic...

Read morepurchased pineapple juice from a vendor located near Agra Bombay Road, close to the toll naka and Maharana Pratap Bridge, Indore. What I received was absolutely unacceptable. The juice smelled foul, tasted rotten, and was clearly expired or poorly stored. It was a health hazard, and I’m shocked that such negligence is allowed in a public food outlet.
This is not just bad service—it’s dangerous. If the concerned authorities or health department don’t take strict action soon, someone could fall seriously ill.
You people are running a food outlet, not a garbage dump. Show some basic responsibility. I demand that this shop be inspected immediately and held accountable for selling such trash in the name of juice.
Enough is enough. Fix this, or I will escalate this matter to health and safety...
