ROOF 5 Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

The Roof is first restaurant in chhindwara which has open tarace facility and having a lot of veg and non veg food options in menu. The restaurant is located in Krishna Tower at Parasiya Road. It's much famous in the young crowd. Restaurant having good vibes and views and lift facility makes it more comfortable than the other one in the city. They take care of customers with fire sticks as the restaurant is open and the season is winter we don't need to worry about cold outside temperature. There is a big screen and good music system on which they play music video on demand by customer or something else that is also liked by people who comes here.

Now if we come on service the staff is very helpful and well trained. The food quality I found as a veg eater was not very good but yes the menu options were very good but the friends with me who ordered non veg were very excited and satisfied with the food. The location and the views and sitting comfortably and the great menu options makes this place must visit place.

The place having conference hall. Game parlour and family cabins also.

Visited on 29th March 2019 with family and i have noticed - As soon as i entered i didn't see any one to guide me where to ask for table but its okay. guy with black coat - he was scolding his staff in front of everyone which was extremely unprofessional. He misguided me for many things and argued for service related question. We wait almost 45 mins to get dinner When i asked for feedback and asked for any management contact he said (black coat manager) i am the only boss here. Again he scold his staff and told me that one of his staff member is nepali and there were few issues with him which was not acceptable behavior. Summary - All your staff looking professional except black coat guy....

Awesome taste. We been there for non veg and veg both. They have separate section for pure vegetarians and those with mixed food taste.

Service: veg came really fast and came as it got prepared. Non veg starters took bit of time but came all at once. Main course did came fast though.

Taste: we stay at Bangalore and also at Nagpur. Came for a short visit. It taste different but tastier. Every member of my family and relatives with whom we went liked it a lot without second thought.

People were courteous and helped with good guidance. Imagine they told us to order less as we might end up wasting, and we found it to be true.
