Sagar Gaire — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

This Sagar Gaire frenchise outlet was opened on October 28th 2022. As it is a well known fast food chain originally from Bhopal and now can be seen in many major cities of Madhya Pradesh. The food tasted exactly the same as it would taste in Bhopal or Indore. As I have visited many such outlets in both the cities the experience was quiet the same.

The major difference I noticed was in the interior of the outlet. There is a minor dining area inside while some tables are kept outside. The staff is well trained and will serve you the best. I ordered a veg cheese sandwich, a cold coffee and Butter Paneer Masala and Plain Kulcha. It took me 2-3 minutes to order and within next 5 minutes my order was ready.

The stalls have been categorised as per the menu. One can get anything like Indian thali, South Indian dishes, Pasta, Chole Kulche and other items that are typically on Sagar Gaire's menu with some minor changes. The prices are also quite less than the other outlets. As of now the outlet is not listed on any food delivery app like Swiggy and Zomato.

I went to your Civil lines sagar mp branch at 8:30 pm approx with my wife and ordered Paneer dosa over there . Dosa came after 10min of order .. But as soon as my wife ate it .. she felt something faulty wrong taste and after she sudden inspection we found the potato used was stale n smelling bad .. And taste n flavour has changed .. so we complaint to reception but they refused very rudely and said that it was fine .. so my question is do person whose whole life went in kitchen does not the stale food smell or your branch is hiding their fault n wrong practice .... U have good repo in all bhopal but in Sagar mp this franchise is not up to mark .. This is first time 1 month before also I ordered special pizza it was below ur reputation ..

Please kindly intervene in matter , also have some Customer friendly gestures training to...

I went there today evening approximately at 9 pm, ambient and vibes aren't matching to bhopal's Outlet. Staff and it's service is too rude. I ordered 1 plate chole kulche... they given token and asked to wait 15 mins, after 20 mins i went to collect the order then counter person told me that Chhole is no longer available...i was shocked... it's weekend and peak time to serve and they made excuse after 20 mins wait time and staff was pure local and attitude is like "khana hai to kha ni to paise pakad apne aur nikal". I was quite excited to visit sagar gaire in my town (Sagar) but they totally ruined the experience and proved that it's...
