I would have rated in ( - ) If I had an option ..They are fooling the customer , They are charging customers for the items that they have eaten .. Incident is of yesterday 8 pm ..I and my friends ordered 2 Malai cheez sandwich and juice .. Which was costing some around Rs 70 and juice worth Rs 40 ..Making total of 180 .. But when I asked for Amount they said orallyy it's 240 .. I got some fishy .. So I Asked for Bill .I was surprised to see that I was been charged for masala Malai cheez paneer .. which I haven't ordered .. when I enquired about it they started defending themselves by giving unjustified answers .. And finally They said that "Jao or aaj ke baad kabhie mat aana " .. Customer, cleared things still, Lady was shouting and went out of the restaurant behind customers. Still, customer paid full amount. That customer also ordered sandwich with that (which he didn't get) still he paid for that too with extra tip.
