Seven Oaks bhopal — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

If I could , then I would have given it a zero star. I went there with one of my friend n just because we are just two they asked us to sit in a corner where we don't want to sit. They clearly value table check more than their customers. They lack in customer service and God knows why they have bodyguards at a resort/restaurant. Probably because they are allowing people to drink alcohol at their premises without holding a licence. Their waiters are rude. When I actually request their manager 'Arvind' to offer us some other table he reluctantly said No. They are pathetic. Didn't ate anything their , instead moved to just next lane by the petrol pump. There is a resort 'Persian Durbar'. It's the best resort in terms of food, SERVICE and ambience. If you want to spend a quality time, do go there and try to avoid 7-Oaks, unless you yourself are looking...

Ambience is 10/10, parking space is also nice for big cars, less crowded, but not impressed by the food, it's pricy and not good, even the service is pathetic, the staff didn't even know themselves what they are serving, they are not even cooperation, we're there at evening time so we just shifted our table from inside to outdoor area and our food is also not served just soup came, so staff denied it to shift the place, so we convinced them that we ourselves put our food outside, which no restro provide such tantrums, where the customers themselves have to carry there food plate. They need to learn to be more hospitile and humble towards their customers, even after trying the food it's expensive as per taste. Good for just photo and all stuff or to spend quality time as it's less crowded nevertheless... Food and service is...

Vary poor and slow service ...and sitting arrangement was very poor .. expensive menu and food was not that good.even they will add extra items in your ordered list without asking and ask you to pay ...not at all recommended ...they have very rude staff also ...which will not listen to you unless and until you are alcoholic.....our group had to wait 1hr32 min for food .. If you are young and wanted to enjoy any special occasion or evening ... don't prefer this restaurant just by seeing photos and ambiance.most of positive reviews and stars are from restaurant staff only ..so be careful about it ...you can easily find better restaurants in rest of the bhopal region. And if you are family person... don't prefer restaurant..they only prefer alcoholic and hukka persons and don't attend you...
