Pathetic service. I have been ordering food for home service since last 2 years every month but still the service guys or owner doesn't even know their permanent customers and how to deal with them. For 400 meters they have started charging delivery charges and the owner has so much ego that if you remind them about all the previous orders since last 2 years then also he refuse to recognize us but when we once said we will not give delivery charge for 1 week because we are ordering almost every week then he suddenly remember us and started fighting and arguing with us and even with the ladies at home on the call, instead of saying thanks for ordering every week. Still he doesn't know my name and number. I am stunned how a restaurant can be so careless about non knowing their permanent customera and start arguing. One of my favourite places to grab some lip-smacking chicken biryani in the town. Undoubtedly, Singh sahab serves the most delicious and flavourful chicken biryani in the town as compared to the biryani served by Nafees, Chic-n-serve, Dilli Darbar and other reputed restaurant's.
