I recently visited Surana Delicacy and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing this time. I ordered chili paneer along with some other dishes, but the chili paneer was unbearably spicy and difficult to eat. The service was equally poor — it took more than 15 minutes just to get a bottle of water. Despite the lack of a crowd, there were no staff members available in the dining area to attend to us, and all the service personnel seemed to be inside the building. After a long wait, I had to stand up and go to the kitchen myself to request water.

Read moreVisited this restaurant for my younger brother’s birthday celebration, and it was a complete disaster. They served us an expired bottle of mineral water — two months past its expiration date! We realized something was off only after tasting the foul, smelly water. The food was no better. The tandoori rotis were hard as rock and impossible to chew. We ordered paneer toofani and kofta masala, both of which were atrocious. The flavors were awful, and it seemed like zero effort was put into making the food remotely edible.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value quality and hygiene, avoid this restaurant...

Second, the dish they have prepared was just average with pricing on a higher side. Best time to come is I think for dinner time, they have decent exterior with sigris around to keep you warm with...
