The 1949, By Shree Ganga — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

It is an old(75yrs old on aug 2024) but very well maintained place. The food is also good and they have very clean washrooms. We tried quite a variety of dishes over 3days and almost everything was at par with taste and quality. The breakfasts get over by 11:45-12pm. They also have a quite extensive variety of sweets, pastries, patties, namkeens, cookies and dry fruits varieties which is on ground floor. They have two floors available for dine-in. They should stick to selling sweets - running restaurant is not their soup. Highly salty food, served in dirty dishes, arrogant staff, literally ignored us while looking into our eyes because a large group of family had come to the restaurant. Initially served Tomato Shorba with lots of salt, when complained restaurant served the same shorba by adding water to it 🤦‍♂️ and served in the same dish.
