New vyas deal baati is one of the famous restaurants of ratlam where you can have daal baati bafale. Do try their mint chutney and khati mithi daal along with masala papad. Good but heavy food.My childhood memories are attached with this place as it is still same as it use to be and very healthy food made with Pure Desi Ghee. Dal Tadka is amazing here with Batti Chura and papad alng with green chutney and Ghee all you can have in less the $1. Food is made fresh and you can smell the authenticity of the food when you enter the place. Highly recommended for Parcel service as place s not suitable to go and eat with family because its quite congested to sit an eat there. This is a one stop destination for Dal Baati lovers in the whole Malwa region. The Daal is really tasty and the baati or baafla depends on your choice. Served with ghee and daal it becomes a seriously tasty combination. If you choose the sweet and salty daal available separately, it is another great taste you are going to discover. A personal suggestion is to bring 100 gms of ratlami sev with you and mix a little in the daal, you will never forget the taste of this wonderful combination. I loved it.... a must...

The best place in Ratlam to eat the traditional food i.e. Daal-Bati. The taste of the food served here is magical. You will not get a better taste anywhere except this place. It's situated in a very accessible area. I personally suggest that you should visit this please once in your lifetime. Also if you are fond of traditional food you should visit this place. Once you taste the food here you will never ever forget the taste of this place. This place is the speciality of Ratlam so I request you if you once visit Ratlam in your lifetime please visit this place otherwise you will miss the best...

My word's would not do justice to my Love for this place and the taste of food that is serve here.. One can find this place a bit messy but Believe me guys you are going to fall in love with this place once you eat the famous Dal Bati here. Such an amazing place located in the heart of the city and most importantly it the pocket friendly. One of the cheapest and the most delicious food place in Ratlam. The only reason for which I love this Town of Ratlam. I can go on and on praising about this place. But surely a must visit for every food lover...
